Allow me to introduce myself- my name is Denise, and I am Jill’s new assistant here at Cater To You! I am a young professional looking to break into the event planning industry. I was very lucky to find that Jill was looking to hire at Cater To You. She’s very much supportive of me and facilitating my professional growth in this industry and with her company. I’m very grateful for this opportunity and know I will learn a great deal from Jill.
What drew me to Cater To You was Jill’s dedication to the customer. One of the things she really emphasized during my interview was customer service and her principle that the customer is always right. In this day and age of technology and fast-paced environments, the customer can easily get lost in the flow. It’s important to remember that the success of any business all depends on the customers. On top of that, she is willing to donate a percentage of the proceeds from a customer’s order to their choice of charity!
We’ve all been customers of something, and great customer service really does make a difference in a customer’s experience.
